[OOC]
Backtagging: eternally.
Threadhopping: I am okay with this, though probably check with the other party first.
Fourthwalling: IDK about fourthwalling for this guy. I would say no, probably not.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Okay, so because thinking of these things off the top of my head leaves certain TW to the wind, I found a list.

Hugging this character: Sure, but he might think you are weird. But he might also think it's endearing, idk. He has only had one friend ever.
Kissing this character: Down for the smoochies.
Flirting with this character: He will flirt right back, go for it.
Fighting with this character: This is a more than likely possibility.
Injuring this character: Let us discuss.
Killing this character: Same as above.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Absolutely, I am down for this. We can discuss what sort of imagery/thoughts/whatever that your character would get, if so.
OKAY, so now to Roman's power that actually affects people.
Roman can plant suggestions in people's minds similar to Jedi mind tricks. The only difference is that during a Jedi mind trick, the character completely loses awareness of their decision, and simply obeys. Roman has to have direct eye contact to plant a suggestion, first of all. Second, a person remains aware of themselves as this happens, so if Roman says "Kiss that guy over there you don't like" you will be aware that you don't like this guy, you don't have any reason to kiss this guy and why should you? Why should you kiss this asshole? Third, the suggestions work more like your character is compelled or obligated to follow through with the action, even if they don't want to.
Another thing we have seen is that these powers of suggestion can repress memories, but these memories can be remembered again if something triggers them, like any repressed memory. Ex. Roman rapes a girl and tells her to "dream about something nice." The next day, she greets him as if nothing happened. Roman has sex with his cousin and supposedly used the same thing on her, causing her to think than an angel came to her in her dreams and impregnated her.
so:
Are you okay with Roman planting suggestions in your character's mind?
To what extent?
Are you okay with Roman repressing your character's memories of an event?
If so, these events will always be discussed beforehand.

- Swearing (listing just in case idk)
- Rape (this is after his canon point but considering how his behavior is repetitive, it's a possibility)
- Self-harm (not with intent of actually harming himself so much as he likes to watch blood and has no actual intent of hurting others)
- Drug use (he smokes and does cocaine)
- "Any time slurs are used (this includes words like “stupid” or “dumb”, which are still widely considered to be socially acceptable)" (He uses with words "whore" and "bitch" a lot.)
- Blood (His bloodkink is huge, considering he is a kind of vampire.)
